Role:Lead the implementation of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP) template. Full-time hours required. 100% Remote. The consultant is expected to present best practices to the customer and be a subject matter expert in Variable Pay. The consultant will provide knowledge transfer and provide guidance regarding the solution. The consultant will work alongside other SI team members who are involved in other aspects of the project. The expectation is that consultant will be able to drive their workstream and advise on project activities and status updates in addition to current PMs duties. Experience in SAP Activate Methodology is beneficial. Variable Pay Scope includes: Copying existing MIP Variable Pay template to create the SIP template. The new SIP template is based off the MIP with some modifications and has 300 eligible employees. Planners GM/DIR Eligibility Will be determined in SAP and passed to Compensation through integration. Data Source Integration with SAP On-Prem Review of existing MIP template and provide recommendations for improvements if there are any. Custom Compensation Statement is in scope.
