High Priority for local candidates Need only ,,'S Role: Kubernetes Subject Matter Expert Location: Onsite(Atlanta GA ) JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking for a highly skilled Kubernetes Subject Matter Expert (SME). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing best practices guidance on designing, implementing, and maintaining containerized solutions using Kubernetes and related technologies. They will work closely with development teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and reliable Kubernetes based application deployment. 7+ years IT Industry experience Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Proven experience working with Kubernetes, including deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications. Strong understanding of containers and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). Provide technical leadership and mentorship on Kubernetes best practices in implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization. Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders and development team through training sessions, workshops, and presentations. Ability to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of the Kubernetes platform. Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash. Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub actions Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, load balancing, and firewall configurations. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
