Title: Workday Finance Integration Engineer Location: Palo Alto, CA onsite Visa: No H1B/CPT MOI: Video Job description: Position Overview: Our IT Enterprise Applications is currently seeking a passionate Workday integration expert to support the implementation and deployment of our Workday Financial platform to empower overseas business growth and enhance employee experience. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Act as a domain expert in Workday Financial Integration areas (e.g. Web Services Integration Development, Studio Integrations, EIB, Connectors) Work across a distributed technical landscape to design, develop, test and support data conversion & integration solutions Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Work collaboratively with functional leads and architects to clarify business requirements and to achieve a consensus on the organization's needs and priorities Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on Functional requirements Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gaps Drive the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects & system enhancements Participate in the change management and go live support processes Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered Who We Are Looking For: Self-motivated, articulate, passionate to deliver the best result and achieve the highest customer satisfaction Love satisfying customers with a state of art cloud solutions, realizing ideas, building services, and unlocking the potential of new technology Collaborative, independent, insistent, flexible, and open minded. You always keep the customer's objectives in mind Positive by nature, a great team player, and both dependable and autonomous Customer oriented and could work at a very fast pace Qualifications: 3+ Years experience in Workday Finance Integrations Experience with common integration problems, such as security, data conversion, and various implementation approaches Experience with Workday Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs), Studio, BIRT Reporting, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT Ability to deliver Workday integration solutions that are fit for purpose including requirements capture, design, development, testing, operation implementation and post go live support Experience delivering large scale Workday Financial engagements or complex IT engagements Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle Fast Learner and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt quickly to change Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and internal customers Ability to work effectively with others who are in remote locations and varying time zones Experience in integration with 3rd party platforms Bilingual (English, Chinese) preferred but not required A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment Sonali Technical Recruiter Contact Number: 571-463-9073 Email: [email protected] LARGETON INC. 13800 Coppermine Rd, Herndon, VA 20171 Disclaimer: If you are not interested in receiving our e-mails.
