In this role, the Redpoint lead will be responsible for working with the client on the redpoint platform operations and enhancements on a day to day basis The Lead is expected to solve complex problems, devise measurable strategies, engage with peer teams/experts and improve the operational and technical health of a clients RedPoint ecosystem, with limited management. This individual must be well versed in technical solutions across CDP & Data Privacy etc. Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying business objectives for Customer Data Platform Hands on Experience in RedPoint Data Management Platform Responsible for handling critical issues in the RedPoint platform for the customer Leads the CDP team of operational SMEs in solving P1 & P2 issues.
