They currently have on 1 dashboard for Talent. o Wants someone to come in and tell them what they need to do. A plus would be if they have the ability to help in scoping and strategy. There are 2 areas: 1. BIRT wage reports for on/offboarding, which requires custom text by state 2. WD Talent dashboard build and rollout Qualities to look for: 1. High attention to detail, especially considering user experience in terms of visually appealing and consistency in the report layouts 2. Ability to talk with non-technical Workday resources to clarify requirements and expectations 3.
