Job title: End point Security Engineer Location: US-Remote Mandatory Qualifications: McAfee ePO (Endpoint Protection) MS Defender CrowdStrike Falcon Cyber Security Job summary 8+ Years Enterprise Experience in Endpoint Security Tools including but not limited to McAfee ePO, MS Defender, CrowdStrike Falcon 5 years Cloud experience in managing Azure, AWS EC2 instances, SSM packages, S3 buckets, security control deployments, Power scripting and code development Solid understanding of AWS RDS and DR components Solid experience in endpoint security and network fundamentals Installation and configuration of endpoint security tools Create/Tune-Up endpoint security rules and policy Take charge attitude of engineering tasks and understand end point security governance Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work in a team CISSP Certified Roles & Responsibilities: Enterprise experience and provide the following: Conduct break-fix activities to support and resolve incidents, including infrastructure components, endpoint agents, product-specific errors and customer-initiated requests Dashboard reporting of optimized security control performance Develop knowledge articles for incident management Participate in change control and technical review board meetings (as applicable) Work with Security Operations Team, network, database and infrastructure teams to develop maintenance & operations processes and schedule Work as a liaison to Vendors advocating Client needs for vendor enhancements and fixes Keeps track of patches and upgrades infrastructure including patches and major version upgrades Help troubleshoot issues by viewing assets, policy configuration, or connectivity issues ServiceNow exposure with Change, Incident and Problem Management Ability to follow Product Runbooks and Work Instructions Execute daily, weekly, or monthly scheduled health check tasks Strong oral and written English communications with excellent follow up skills Escalate complex issues to Product Manager & Vendor Optimize security control performance, including rules and dashboard reports Follow and maintain existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operational Support Instructions and Installation Verification and work instruction documentation Partner with Client in the creation of any new SOPs, Work Instruction & SDLC docs Keywords: sthree microsoft http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=415179&uid= |
