Share weekly highlights & updates on status of investigations and new issues to the leadership. Help escalate tickets to the right internal or external stakeholders where required. Create a holistic runbook for the CDC automated warehouse system and keep it current. Gain a strong understanding of the ASN process flow and technical details for all CDC connected ERP systems. Support any challenges with data flowing back to the ERP systems.
