Job Title: 1 Role Oracle Sales and CDM Cloud BSA with strong technical and functional knowledge on Oracle CDM cloud 2 Required Skill Set Oracle CDM BSA who can design an overall solution architecture and product-specific configurations to create sustainable mature solutions for our clients. Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or they make up the whole solution. Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services. Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe and standardize business processes-related to Customer/Supplier data hub. Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate. Experience in Documentation and Workflows 3 No. of Requirements 1 4 Desired Experience Range 5 Location of Requirement Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency ) Must-Have Oracle Sales and CDM Cloud BSA Should have good knowledge of o Configuration, dynamic layout, field validations, page compose changes, excellent groovy skills and debugging skills. o Should have good knowledge of CDM module with hands on experience in CDM Data quality rules, Duplicate check, Trading Community architecture. o Must be an expert in security console role changes, Data security policy, should be able to create custom data security policies and predicates, o Must be familiar with Sales and service access management, Access groups, User Management Experience in Implementing Integration with ERP, Fusion systems. Must be a groovy expert to integrate the different applications using web services to support the integration with EBS, Video SAP, MSI Agile, Apttus etc. Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations Prior Experience in similar Implementation projects Complete Team Player, Quick Learner willing to do a lot of self-study.
