Role : BY WMS Operations Consultant Location : Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL (Remote for now) Duration : 06+ Months Interview: WebEx Hire Job Description: Must Have: Valid LinkedIn Profile must match with the resume. Overview: This requirement is for an operations consultant to handle Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. Skills Required: BY WMS (version 2019+) Proficiency in MOCA commands, Labels, Reports, and Page-builders. SQL Detailed JD: Production support project experience (7+ years) with BY WMS. Experience with multiple versions of WMS applications. Proficiency in handling MOCA commands, Labels, Reports, and Page-builders. Ability to resolve BY WMS production tickets and perform root cause analysis (RCA). Providing permanent fixes for frequently occurring issues in production support. Offering solutions to operational issues. Proficiency in ticket management systems like ServiceNow. Proficiency in monitoring tools. Maintaining daily status for incidents and service requests. Strong communication skills for client-facing role. Meeting SLA deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Documenting production issues and their resolutions. Commitment to customer service and building partnerships. Prior experience in leading implementation/support teams would be desirable. Coordinating with customers and offshore teams to resolve queries or clarifications. Performing production/baseline support activities. On-call availability during non-overlap hours with offshore team and weekends on a rotation basis. Ability to make independent decisions and interact directly with customers.
