The position reports to the VP of Information Technology and can be worked remotely from a quiet home office or within our Rye Brook, NY headquarters. Position Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and support NetSuite system enhancements including configuring and customizing NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, and reports to meet specific business needs. Responsible for developing scripts, workflows, and SuiteApps using NetSuite SuiteScript (JavaScript-based), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder tools Design, develop, and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications Implement data migration strategies to transfer data from NetSuite to reporting platforms Assist with requirements gathering, solution design, and project planning activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements and proactively identify process improvement, automation, and optimization opportunities within NetSuite Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions. Resolve defects and issues identified during the testing phase Document technical designs, development activities, and configurations Manage the NetSuite system, databases, and interface software including production change control Keep NetSuite highly available, resolving production issues Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite applications, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and performing system upgrades and patches Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite features, tools, and industry best practices Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Developer Clear understanding of ERP and CRM concepts Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in NetSuite Environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to self-manage and work independently Knowledge and experience of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes, Agile preferred REGARDS.
