Understanding and Implementing of DKIM, DMARC, SPF and email filtering services Experience with migration of Exchange customers to Office 365, end-to-end support & troubleshooting experience of Exchange Online and Office 365 Hybrid solutions. Provide direct support to end-users ranging from Tier 1-3 type issues, with command of general workstation support functions related to Outlook and email as service. Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems. Experience with ITIL methodologies and using ServiceNow for incident management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of hands-on experience working with email security technology. Understanding of email security with Exchange Online Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently with minimal direction.
