Job Title: Mac Engineer Duration: Long-term Location: Washington D.C. (Hybrid) Client: World Bank Job Description: 1. The applicant will be responsible for configuring the cloud infrastructure for managing MACs and mobile devices (iOS, Android, Chromebook,) on Microsoft Intune, Azure and JAMF including Automating tasks using the JAMF API, bash scripting, Python, AppleScript, and Apple Automator for MACs and Graph API and Power shell for Azure/Intune. Should have 5+ years of Engineering experience in these fields and extended knowledge of Apps like Composer for creating Packages and creating Dashboards using Power BI. 2. Five+ years of experience designing and managing mobility services on any EMM platform, such as JAMF, Intune, AirWatch or MobileIron. 3. Troubleshoot complex issues with multiple mobile devices, including but not limited to: iPhones, iPads, Androids and Macs 4. bachelors degree in science, Math, or Engineering 5. JAMF Certified level 400 or 300/370, Intune or other MDM Admin certification required. 6. Experience of integrating Splunk, Azure AD Integration for Conditional access, cloud/On Prem PKI for SCEP, Global Protect/AnyConnect VPN, Citrix, Nessus, managing Mac computers with JAMF, JAMF connect or similar tools 7. Experience analyzing network captures using Wireshark or similar tools, using Power Shell for automation and scripting, Graph API as used by Azure and Intune 8. Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI and similar tools 9. Excellent client management skills, verbal and written communication skills required. 10.
