As a Data Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and developing effective data management strategies using Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream platforms. Your in-depth knowledge of these tools, coupled with your strategic thinking and analytical abilities, will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to optimize our business processes and drive growth. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement data management strategies using Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream platforms. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data strategies. 3. Conduct thorough analysis of existing data infrastructure, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 4. Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all relevant systems. 5. Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams to document data structures and processes. 6. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and interoperability of Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream platforms with existing systems. 7. Monitor data performance, conduct data quality assessments, and develop strategies to address data inconsistencies or issues. 8. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. 9. Develop and deliver reports to present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 10. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data management, analytics, and Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream platforms. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience as a Data Strategist or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream platforms. 3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream platforms. 4. Solid understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality assurance. 5. Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes. 6. Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management systems. 7. Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools. 8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 9. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
