Position: Network Architect Location: Alpharetta, GA Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Duration: 6month Visa: USC,GC Candidate must be local to Alpharetta, GA. Responsibilities: Plan, design, and implement Network systems. Act as an internal consultant to project teams throughout the organization. Collaborate with other team members and functions to identify, develop, and implement scalable and redundant networkd esigns, solutions, and policy recommendations to ensure safety, security, highavail ability, and superior performance. Provide vision, direction, and planning to continuously improve the technology infrastructure. Develop and optimize processes and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education. Ideally, 6 years of network engineering experience. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Expert level knowledge with hands-on experience with complex network infrastructure and technologies. Expert level knowledge with hands-on experience in Wide Area Networking (WAN) Skilled in enterprise networking, network ksecurity, Software Defined Networking in both Data Center and WAN, Application Centric Infrastructure, SD-WAN, Cisco FirePower, Firewalls, Industrial Controls Systems, Operations Technology, Cisco Collaboration, VMWare networking. Strong analytical, communications, teamwork, project management, and supplier/vendor management skills. Excellent in-depth knowledge of Ciscoenterprise products. Experience with Data Network discovery,design, upgrades, and delivery. In depth understanding of software definednetwork from the Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) stack through the WAN. Ideal: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert(CCIE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Industrial NetworkSpecialist, Juniper Networks Certified Expert (JNCIE), Checkpoint CertifiedSecurity Expert (CCSE), and/or Certified Information Systems SecurityProfessional (CISSP). Ideal: Expert level knowledge with handson experience in multiple infrastructure domains such as; Route Switch, SDN,Cyber Security, and/or Collaboration.
