More specifically, we will be looking for a candidate with expertise and understanding of developing .NET solutions within Microsoft Azure in order to: Convert on-premise applications and batch jobs to Microsoft Azure solutions Collaborate with all IT (Network, Application Development, Database, Help Desk) technical teams to ensure proper integration of the environments We are seeking a candidate with experience in: .NET Framework 4.7 or newer C# Development SQL Server Visual Studio and Azure DevOps Microsoft Azure Development Technologies Application Insights Azure App Service and Web Jobs o Azure Automation o Azure Logic Apps AGILE Software Development Methodology Mandatory skills 5 years of verifiable experience as a .NET Web Developer developing ASP.NET MVC applications at least 4 years. 5 years of verifiable ASP.NET experience developing with the C# language. 5 years of verifiable experience with SQL Server Database design and development including optimization of queries, creating tables, views, stored procedures, and functions. 5 years of application experience developing applications using Entity Framework (EF) 6.0 or later. 5 years of experience with the AGILE methodology. 5 years of verifiable experience developing web applications utilizing the 4.7 .NET Framework or higher. 5 years of experience of code repository strategies, branching and merging, code promotion strategies and recovery using Team Foundation Server (TFS). 5 years of verifiable experience implementing Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) enabled controls within Active Server Pages (ASP).Net Web applications. 5 years of experience or a demonstrable understanding of developing applications that are mobile compliant. 5 years of experience developing with Visual Studio; 1 year with Visual Studio 2022. 2 years of experience with TFS/Azure DevOps including git, boards and pipelines. Certifications or Desired skills if any 2 years experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. 2 years experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong communication/ leadership skills. Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience. Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
