Should have 18+ years of IT experience and 12+ years of experience in MDM architecture, design, development and support with leading MDM tools 2. Extensive MDM experience in Profisee MDM Tool 3. Should have 8+ years of experience in ETL development, support and operations using SSIS with emphasis on Data quality 4. Should have in depth knowledge on Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball methodologies to design data warehouses 5. Should have in depth understanding on Data Warehousing, Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Dictionary, Data Mapping, Data Policy and Data Governance 6. Should have thorough understanding of Master Data hierarchy and implemented multi-Domain MDM for Fortune 100 organizations 7. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in process improvement, normalization/de-normalization, data extraction, data cleansing and data manipulation 8. Should have led MDM workshops with business and technology stakeholders 9. Should have written complex SQL queries for data analysis and profiling 10. Should have cross global location experience and been part of a team of atleast 30+ members in a global delivery model 11. Should have experience in gathering business requirements by collaborating with business users, stakeholders and SMEs 12. Should have experience in working with product managers, project managers, business users, applications development teams, DBA teams and Data Governance team on a daily basis to analyze requirements, design, development and deployment technical solutions 13. Should have excellent communication and leadership skills 14. Able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Responsibilities: 1. Participate in JAD, workshops and/or business requirements sessions to understand, identify and detail MDM requirements and key criteria 2. Finalize vendor and product architecture for deployment of MDM solution 3. Work with stakeholders in gathering the Match & Merge rules, develop & configure trust matrix, match path, match columns, match rules (Exact and Fuzzy) and data stewardship workflows 4. Find gaps and data anomalies and review the same with stakeholders for approval and identify next steps 5. Define tactical (in-house solutions) and strategic solutions and timelines for MDM implementation 6. Develop and execute data profiling, data quality analysis and capture results for requirement/user story sessions recommendations and plan, Data Model, Data Dictionary and Current to Future State Data Map 7. Design, develop and implement architecture and strategy roadmap for MDM as enterprise solution 8. Propose and institutionalize principles of MDM data model lifecycle management that will ensure best standards for data quality management 9. Lead and mentor the efforts of data quality completeness initiative 10. Serving as a primary liaison for the business/technology to interface on MDM governance routines 11. Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture and data integration implementations 12. Provide data design and architecture expertise in the development of the data deliverables, including the Data Stewardship Framework, Data Cleansing recommendations including standardization and plan, Data Model, Data Dictionary and Current to Future State Data Map. 13. Participate in roadmap planning, recommending technologies and solutions 14. Participate and drive requirements and architecture discussions with cross-functional stakeholders 15. Assist in system analysis, design, development and testing patch releases and system upgrades 16. Participate in daily scrum meeting and actively participate in the Jira Teams Plan, issue reporting and assignment, Track, Report, and manage work for the MDM development 17.
