Job Description: As the Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring their successful delivery within set timelines and budgets. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, coupled with your strong project management skills, will empower cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience. Overall 12 years of experience with proven experience managing 5-7 midsized projects or 3 large projects concurrently. Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in managing project artifacts, such as weekly PPT slides, Clarity projects, and budget tracking. Experience leading daily Scrum/stand-up calls, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the ability to guide teams in their adoption. Experience in Agile transformation projects is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptable to changing project requirements. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is advantageous.
