Role : Oracle ERP Location : 100% Remote Duration : 12+ Months Job Description : Must have experience in of the following. 1. Order to Cash (O2C) - Invoice, Customer Payments, Credit Memo, Cash Refunds, AR (Account Receivable) 2. Record to Reports (R2R) - JEs/GL, Consolidation 3. Procure to Pay(P2P) - Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, Vendor Bills, Vendor Payments, AP (Account Payable) 4. Database for - Customer, Items, Fixed Assets, Variables, Departments/Sites, COA Mandatory Skills: NetSuite 4+ years of Implementation, deployment experience as an integral team member on at least 1full end to end implementations with NetSuite Cloud ERP in a techno-functional role. Experience in handling multi-subsidiary account and its related data configuration and setup. Broad understanding of database structures, table dependencies, and data elements with the ability to map functional elements to underlying tables, fields and conditional criteria. Ability to configure NetSuite to match approved design solutions. Experience in NetSuite Workflow management system. Experience with NetSuite Suite Script, Suite Talk and Suite Bundler. Expertise in handling the extraction via different NetSuite technology like ODBC and APIs which include SOAP and REST methodology as well as RESTlets. Should have good amount of experience in creating and managing APIs along with de-bugging skills. Possess knowledge in NetSuite Saved Search and reports. Have a good amount of knowledge in NetSuite standard reports as well as parameterizing reports. Experience in dealing with API performance and related issues. Knowledge of dealing with Webservices and basic administration. Working knowledge of NetSuite's Cloud / SaaS based business software systems (ERP). Experience throughout the complete NetSuite software development life cycle. Experience in gathering business requirements and hands-on experience in preparing functional design, technical design and test case related documentation. Ability to analyze technically difficult problems and recommend solutions in a timely manner. Proficiency in the development of reports and ad-hoc queries. Ability to take ownership of technical responsibilities while serving as the single point of contact for NetSuite. Ability to work under and manage multiple deadlines. Should be self-motivated while taking initiative to work in an energetic environment to achieve value-added results. Ability to work independently on varied and complex tasks. Should excel in a team environment while contributing to knowledge sharing and experience. Should be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects at one time. Willingness to learn new skills that are outside of immediate skill set is a must. Develop and maintain user application support documentation including user manuals, flow charts, and system capability diagrams. Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written in English) to articulate problems, make design decisions and to independently engage with business stakeholders throughout various phases of the project. Experience with SQL language a plus (query building). Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies Relevant certifications are a plus.
