Understand the Cash & Liquidity strategic priorities, and develop and direct planning of multiple Scrum Teams to ensure delivery of those capabilities, managing risks and issues, and escalating as necessary. Partner with stake holders on project requirements, expectations and timelines Work closely with teams to prepare agile project management plan, build product backlog, prioritize requirements and ensure timely project delivery. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and led by example Remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove it Effectively communicate with the stake holders and management to provide timely updates on the risk, dependencies and project status Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation Track and manage product backlog, burn-down metrics, velocity Lead and coach the team/organization in its Scrum adoption Guide the team and organization on how to use Scrum practices and values Keywords: information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=429841&uid= |
