Job Role: Project Manager / Scrum Master Location: Seattle, Washington USA (Onsite) Job Type: Contract ONLY Technical/Functional Skills Project management with experience in Agile scrum environment Work as Scrum master and project manager as project demands Use MS Project with minimal instruction, utilize different views in MS Project for project performance calls Understands the business purpose and benefits of every requirement Has performed schedule buffer analysis, develop what-if plan, provide assistance in requirement gathering/tracking, Skills in writing User stories and Tasks Estimation, planning timeline, backlog grooming, In-depth knowledge and experience of using ALM tools like ADO or Jira Follow up to update tasks status and burn down chart on regular basis Status reporting to different level or audiences Work with PO to prioritize the stories to make the best possible product features available to customers on time. Change management experience using some tool Release management and coordination experience Team player, closely work with team with a sense of one team to achieve one goal for all. Agile certifications are required, Preferable SAFe Agile. Ability to lead a team of 6 to 10 consultants Experience Required Minimum 5+ years of experience as Project Manager / Scrum masters in engineering / PLM Domain. Experienced in both Agile and waterfall multiple project management methodologies Coordination of new project from initial engagement establishment through planning and execution, Requirement gathering accomplished with on time and best quality delivery Continuous rigor to improve and enhance the product and processes Demonstrated experience using different levels of project management maturity and only applying whats needed to have a successful project vs over applying too much rigor. Strong project management spirit. Know how to determine and work with strong subject matter experts and organize the work, to remove interdepartmental obstacles.
