Position:  Salesforce QA

Location: San Diego, CA (Remote)

Duration:  9+ months Contract

Job Description:

Ability to identify complex problems and effectively document and communicate them to the engineering team.

Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

Data Migration, Performance Testing

Cross Browser Testing.

Must Have Skills:

Working experience with E2E Testing of Salesforce Service Cloud Application.

Salesforce Service cloud knowledge especially case management, Milestones, Entitlement, Live Chat, Knowledge Base, Bot etc.

API Testing using Postman/SOAP UI or any other tools.

Strong working experience in using Testing Tools, Procedures, methodologies.

Agile way of working (SCRUM, Kanban)
