Participate in architecting and implementing solutions that improve business process efficiency and accuracy. 3 Interact with stakeholders across multiple business units and IT to understand requirements. Apply domain expertise to advise business units on best practices, processes, and system improvements 4 Gather and document business requirements, formulate use cases and participate in solution design activities" 5. Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures." 6 Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities: Customer facing role, proactively collaborate with customer, understand & analyze requirements, map customer's business operations, proactively recommend customer on requirements, challenges, etc. explain and transform requirement to functional specifications, Manage SLA's. Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project governance practices required. Comprehensive grasp of data visualization methods; ability to create and tell a story with a set of elements within an Excel/Power BI environment. Strong Excel charting and pivot table experience, as well as proficiency with PowerPoint and Visio. Must possess strong attention-to-detail, strong individual initiative, problem solving and organizational skills.
