Required Skills: Minimum 9+ years of experience, worked on data warehousing projects with good hands on exp. Participates in the design, maintenance, enhancement, coding, and administration of relational databases key to property listings. Drive adoption of all Datawarehouse initiatives including onboarding new data pipelines, porting legacy feeds in, and constructing pathways for data out of Data Warehouse. Analyzes and determines information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities. Coordinates new data development needs (data feeds) ensuring consistency and integration with existing databases. Reviews business requests for data and data usage, researches data sources and suggests and implements solutions for data processing. Participates in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality, including performing proactive maintenance such as ensuring continued space availability, monitoring activity, and documenting problems, changes, and solutions. Write SQL scripts and packages to import and export data from controlled databases. Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing data related problems in the production environment. Lead reporting initiatives for all data requests including historical reporting and reporting needs from various departments. Provide training and support to department personnel regarding member data feeds.
