Job description:

Working experience with E2E Testing of Salesforce Service Cloud Application

Salesforce Service cloud knowledge especially case management, Milestones, Entitlement, Live Chat, Knowledge Base, Bot etc.

API Testing using Postman/SOAP UI or any other tools

Strong working experience in using Testing Tools, Procedures, methodologies

Agile way of working (SCRUM, Kanban)

Ability to identify complex problems and effectively document and communicate them to the engineering team

Excellent prioritization and organizational skills

Data Migration, Performance Testing

Cross Browser Testing

Proactive, Self-motivated, Critical thinker, Flexible (able to jump from one task to another quickly), experienced working with dynamic, fast-paced teams
