Oracle EBS Financial/ HR/Payroll &OBIEE Expert Hybrid (2-3 days onsite at Rockville, MD every Week) Duration: Multi-Year Contract Responsibilities, but not limited to, the following: Develop Oracle EBS Reports, Fast Formula, and Custom Interfaces; ADF Development and modify existing EBS Workflow; Develop custom code using ODI to perform ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) to input data in Star Schema to support the OBIEE. Develop BI Analysis, BI publisher Report or BI Dashboard; Develop complex analytics to support retail operations in a warehouse environment; Develop Financial/HR/Payroll reports using Financial and HR Reporting Tool; Perform Technical Analysis and/or Functional Analysis to resolve issues or streamline the operation. Skills/experience preferred includes: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university; Ten (10) Years professional IT experience with minimum of eight (8) years experience in EBS development/BI ETL development/application development; Expert knowledge of PL/SQL or SQL; Demonstrate excellent skills/capabilities in technical and functional analysis; Experience with Oracle EBS development of RICE components Experience with Oracle OA Framework/ADF and developing solution using JDeveloper or other tools; Experience in integrating ODI/OBIEE with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB); Experience in using SOAP and REST APIs for integration; Extensive experience with Business intelligence or Data Warehouse development lifecycle; Thorough understanding of inventory and warehouse business processes in a large-scale organization or government; Experience with developing ETL using tool like ODI/Informatica/Kettle for Star Schema and familiar with dimension modeling and 3NF design; Thorough business process knowledge to include: Procure to Pay Process, Order to Ship, HR onboarding, HR separation, Project and Task Accounting, Encumbrance Accounting and Revenue; Familiar with developing solutions using MVC framework, Struts/Spring or ADF; Expert knowledge in retail operations and proficiency in building retail analytics; Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; Ability to work independently to analyze problems, develop technical solutions and deliver the solution independently; Excellent skills in communication, coordinating activities, working with others, multi-tasking project assignments & delivering solutions promptly, efficiently, and within deadline; Proficiency in writing and documenting work output / solutions; Experience in public sector environment.
