Job Role: IBM Identity Manager Location: REMOTE (USA) Job Type: Contract Experience required: 10+ PASSPORT NUMBER MANDATORY Technical- Primary skills: Strong understanding of IBM Security Identity Manager or IBM Identity Manager 4+ years of experience of installing, configuring and upgrading/migrating IBM Security IAM solution components. Follow ITIL process for Incident Management, Problem Management Able to own and handle P1/P2 calls, resolve independently Works on ISIM adapters, including 6.x Active Directory Adapter, 6.x Mainframe Adapter Configures, troubleshoots and conducts migration planning and deployments for ISIM 6.0 Conducts high-level analysis of requirements documentation with respect to correctness, completeness, and consistency Troubleshoots, investigates operational problems and provides resolution/remediation.
