Our client is looking for a Technical Writer Consultant for a major bank either in Plano TX or Chicago IL. Candidates must be local to TX or IL; no relocation. This is a Hybrid role. Responsibilities: Create technical documentation for migration and other IT projects in the banking sector. Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project collaboration. Format documentation in HTML. Possess a deep understanding of various banking products (loans, deposits, credit cards, etc). Required: Minimum 12 years of experience Minimum 5-7 years of Banking Industry Experience Experience in the technology industry and excellent understanding of technologyterminology and concepts Understanding of specific banking industry products loans, credit cards,deposits, etc) Experience with complex migrations working as a strong process owner.
