From: Akash Verma, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title : Sr. Infrastructure Security Engineer Location: Alpharetta GA Hybrid 3 days onsite (relocations open but need to be top of their field) Duration: 6 plus months NOTE: Senior role- 15 years+ experience , Can be asked for LinkedIn profile Must Have: Windows Endpoint, Linux servers, MS Defender for endpoint, Working in a security space, need to have strong RedHat experience, hands-on Enterprise information technology experience, Experience with Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection, More in JD. end point detection and protections , works in a team of 10 people, Deploy on Linux servers, MS Defender for endpoint Infrastructure space with a Linux background, working with 50k-100k endpoints Products: Cloud strike (Alpharetta, GA), Tanium (MS has had for a few years), MS Defender 1 NY based, 1 Alpharetta based- both are hybrid, they would like to have candidates to be present in the office at least 3 days a week Understands Windows OS- how agents are deployed, be able to run product lines, knows scripting like Power, Perl, Python, Bash; automate the deployment of the support Working in a security space, need to have strong RedHat experience Linux in NY, Windows in Alpharetta, GA JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Role Profile & Expectations: - You will be part of a global (Asia, Europe, North America) cross-disciplined agile team working towards DevOps practices within the firms Endpoint Security team. - You will have strong Windows infrastructure/security knowledge and experience working in very large enterprise on-premises and cloud environments. - You will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent development, communication, and organizational skills. - You will be responsible for continuously improving the quality of our technology solutions, through a range of methods including peer review, retrospectives and refactoring as required. Required Skills: - 5+ years hands-on Enterprise information technology experience - Strong knowledge of Windows Endpoint Internals and Automation in environments of 50,000+ Endpoints. - Experience in Design/Engineering/Architecting new solutions from Proof of Concept to Production. - Ability to troubleshoot complex Windows environments. - Competency with any scripting language such as Power, Python etc. - Have an interest to learn/work with cybersecurity technologies. Desired Skills: - Experience with Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection/Defender for Endpoint and the latest Microsoft E5 security product set. - Experience with CrowdStrike endpoint security, threat intelligence, and cyberattack response on multiple platform endpoint. - Experience with Disk Encryption and Hardening Operating Systems. - Experience with Defender for Cloud Apps. - Experience with Splunk, SCCM/In-Tune. - Experience working in a DevOps/SRE aligned team. - Effective troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, network, and storage. - Experience of platform design, build and deployment, with a focus on continual service improvement. - Experience of working in an Agile environment. - Experience of Unix and MacOS sysadmin a benefit. - Bachelors preferred Keywords: microsoft Georgia New York |
