Expert to work with Mongodb to resolve critical/corruption errors. Expert in Mongo query performance tuning & in using new features. Expert in AWS services like EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, EBS, Lambda, VPC, SNS Expert in Index management and statistics. Process Skills: Understand project vision and goals, and design and engineer appropriate solutions. Collaborate closely with colleagues from peer teams such as product managers, cross technology technical experts, operations, and application development. Configure and maintain installations across several Windows, Unix, Linux and AWS environments. Working with all levels of the business to build and promote solutions that fulfill the business need and conform to IT guidelines. Mongo dB Engineering, Replication, Sharding Ability to do peer review of all changes /service requests. Ability to create standard operational documents for routine activities like database refresh/patching. Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues and explore alternative solutions by working with other SMEs or with vendor support if required. Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination & lead by example. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity. Ready to work in Shifts on rotational basis including night shifts if required.
