Follow ITIL process for Incident Management, Problem Management Able to own and handle P1/P2 calls, resolve independently Works on ISIM adapters, including 6.x Active Directory Adapter, 6.x Mainframe Adapter Configures, troubleshoots and conducts migration planning and deployments for ISIM 6.0 Conducts high-level analysis of requirements documentation with respect to correctness, completeness, and consistency Troubleshoots, investigates operational problems and provides resolution/remediation. Performs maintenance activities e.g. patching, performance tuning and backups Technical Secondary skills Works on IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI) adapters and assembly line Integrates ISIM and ISAM software components, provisioning targets, user workflows and protected web applications Works on 6.x IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) for Web Adapter and 6.x ISAM Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO) Technical Nice to have Experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML.
