JOB DETAILS Performance Test Lead Remote Position 6+ Months contract Requirements: 10+ years of experience in performance testing. Proficiency in Loadrunner for conducting performance testing and analyzing results. Flexibility to support long hours, including night shifts, for extended testing periods. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management. Experience in the utilities domain is a plus. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate performance testing for regulatory engagements with 20,000+ virtual users. Develop and execute performance test plans and strategies. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to optimize system performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate testing progress.
