Utilize ServiceNow's Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Azure DevOps APIs to develop connectors, scripts, and custom workflows. Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security during the integration process. Data Synchronization: Establish bidirectional data synchronization between ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, ensuring real-time data exchange. Implement data mappings, transformations, and cleansing rules to maintain data accuracy and consistency across both platforms. Incident and Change Management: Develop and maintain automated processes for incident and change management workflows between ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. Enable seamless tracking, updating, and synchronization of tickets, work items, and release information. Continuous Integration and Delivery: Implement and maintain integration processes for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
