Likely a Mon-Thurs onsite at least a couple weeks per month, possibly 3 out of 4 weeks early on. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Technical Lead to join our team for an exciting SAP migration project. As the SAP Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful migration of our SAP ECC to SAP HANA. You will be responsible for leading a team of SAP technical experts, coordinating activities, and driving the technical aspects of the migration project. Lead the technical aspects of the SAP migration project, including planning, execution, and monitoring of all technical activities. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the migration project. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team members throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment phases. Assess the existing SAP landscape, identify technical dependencies, and develop a comprehensive migration strategy to minimize disruption and ensure a successful migration. Oversee and participate in the configuration, customization, and development activities required for the migration, ensuring adherence to best practices and SAP standards. Manage and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during the migration process, working closely with the team to implement effective solutions.
