Role:Regional Sales Director Healthcare 

Location:Remote

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and execution of the Healthcare and Life Sciences
Leverage internal resources like Inside Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline
Maintain Leads and Opportunities in SalesForce
Land and expand companies typically in the $1B - $20B range
Work with strategic Tier 1 partners to drive joint sales opportunities
Be a trusted advisor for SVPs and CxOs
Help companies with transformational initiatives (Digital Transformations, Product Launches, Cloud Migrations, etc.)
Own and manage the sales pipeline at a 4X level to support growth targets
General Experience
Have Senior Executive level relationships and proven success within Healthcare Payer & Provider at companies over $1B in Revenue
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
8+ years experience of selling IT services within Healthcare and Life Science customers confident in solution selling of services
Quality Engineering / Consulting background preferred but not required
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to gain consensus
Proven and documented track record of sales success new logo essential
Experience selling to multiple stakeholders during the sales cycle
Strong interpersonal, written, and public speaking skills
Comfortable closing $1M+ annual contract value deals

These are my 5 must haves:     

1. Quality Engineering Understanding - does not have to be an expert but must understand Functional / automation Testing etc.  

2.  Be trusted:  Meaning when he meets a prospect, he is professional and respectful, well spoken caring etc.   

3.  Be able to manage and direct a sales process from beginning to end.  

4.  Understand our domain.  Does not have to be experienced in selling  in all three but at least one (Medical Devices, Bio/pharma, Healthcare -payer / provider  

5. Understand we have marketing/funnl to help provide leads, but you must understand you have to build your own pipeline as well (not all but just don't depend on leads.
