LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Description Security Analyst (SA) will focus on compliance for voting systems and assist with ELECTs security program. The SA may assist with other aspects of governance such as writing standards, plans, policies and procedures. Must have reliable transportation as periodic travel to Richmond or localities may be required. Required A strong interest in Election security A strong interest in the Election process Experience planning, deploying and supporting Windows systems, patches and applications Experience with networking and wireless technologies Experience with security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CIS and NIST 800-53 Reliable transportation Highly organized, methodical worker Great customer service abilities Strong communication and documentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Preferred Has implemented NIST 800-53 and/or CIS Controls An information security degree and/or information security certifications Has built a network or security system Has experience with security awareness training Has in depth knowledge on securing elections systems Has performed college or field work specific to elections and/or election security Has created advanced information security documentation such as system security plans, business impact analysis and playbooks.
