Position - MS Dynamics F&O Programmer. location - Onsite/ Maryland State Treasurer's Office Visa - NO H1B Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced MS Dynamics F&O (Finance and Operations) Programmer to join our team for a full-time position on a project at the Maryland State Treasurer's Office. As an MS Dynamics F&O Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining MS Dynamics F&O solutions to meet the specific requirements of the organization. Your expertise in Dynamics F&O development and integration will play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing support of the system. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Maryland State Treasurer's Office personnel and project team members, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Develop, customize, and maintain MS Dynamics F&O solutions using X++ programming language and related technologies. * Configure and extend MS Dynamics F&O functionalities, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Cash Management. * Design and develop integrations between MS Dynamics F&O and other systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless information flow. * Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. * Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Dynamics F&O functionality, data, and integrations. * Develop and execute unit tests to validate the accuracy and integrity of customizations and integrations. * Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, assisting them in utilizing MS Dynamics F&O effectively and resolving any technical issues. * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and new features in MS Dynamics F&O, incorporating relevant knowledge into the project implementation. * Document technical specifications, customizations, and integrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and support future enhancements or maintenance. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in MS Dynamics F&O are a plus. * Proven experience (at least 3 years) as an MS Dynamics F&O Programmer, Developer, or similar role. * Strong proficiency in X++ programming language and related technologies in the MS Dynamics F&O development environment. * In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics F&O modules, functionalities, and customization capabilities. * Experience with MS Dynamics F&O data integration using technologies such as Data Entities, OData, or other relevant integration frameworks. * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, or other relevant development tools for MS Dynamics F&O. * Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Experience in the public sector or with government organizations is highly desirable.
