Technology consulting on Digital Transformation including Adoption and automation across traditional digital and social channels. Identify Automation strategies , Map Strategic & Operational KPI , Assess Contact Center Maturity & arrive at technical solutions backed with provable ROI. Contact Center Product comparison, positioning, vendor recommendations and pricing evaluations. Assist in vetting Architecture Design, Application Design, Interoperability design. Responsible for delivering demo's, POC's use cases, prototyping and defining package application features for reusability. Worked with various Account Management, Sales and Product Sales Specialists teams, CCaaS vendors, Partners in assisting with sales strategies & thought leadership. Managed an onshore/ offshore pre sales consulting . KoreAI experience is preferable . Specialties: Vendor agnostic technology consultancy, Migration Strategies of flipping Contact Centers from competitive vendor platform Contact Center and Digital Automation (RPA) Use Case Demo and customer journey mapping.
