Experience in the Salesforce declarative environment Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration experience Salesforce Developer or Admin track certifications Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to both technical andnon-technical people Ability to think outside of the box and design innovative solutions Document application specifications and solutions to satisfy projectrequirements. Identify and evaluate vendor/partner software and integration strategies. Develop and code solutions to specification. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current anddesired end-states and deliver a solution Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies. Execute all steps required to deploy/implement the application solution. Participate in a self directed team environment. Collaborate with project teammembers and QA on development, customer issues, and security requirements. Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs - Force.com SOAP and REST-basedWeb Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API STRONGLY PREFERRED.
