Experience in building BA guidelines, elicitation techniques, managing multiple program tracks 3. Experience in AP, AR, OM, GL, P2R, Commerce Financial processes 4. Experience in BAT, UAT with Oracle ERP background would be a plus 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written 6. Ability to work with Cross functional teams in a matrix organization 7.
