Job Summary The QA Test Lead will be tasked with overseeing the testing performed in the Agile Scrum Teams to ensure the delivery of the highest quality releases. The QA Lead will also provide metrics on the overall testing progress. Description Review and oversee all manual testing efforts performed by System Integrator and State Resources. Participate in story reviews including end to end. Attend Non-Functional Story Reviews & approve testing scenarios. Provide weekly testing and defect metrics to give Leadership a status of the progress of the development efforts for each release stream. Participate in Defect Management Process Offer potential testing process improvements and provide Testers with guidance on best practices. Assist with any manual regression testing. Participate in the process of determining which manual test cases will be included in automated regression testing. The position is currently remote; however, it is possible that we could return to an on-site position in the future. Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Experience developing test plans and test cases Required 10 Years Thorough knowledge of manual and automated testing Required 10 Years Experience testing Web Applications Required 10 Years Experience developing and executing API test cases Required 10 Years Working knowledge of Windows and Unix Platforms Required 10 Years Extensive knowledge of testing principles and defect management systems & processes Required 10 Years Demonstrated ability to transform business scenarios into manual and automated test coverage Required 10 Years Fundamental understanding of SQL database concepts Required 10 Years Demonstrated ability to effectively use third party tools and system utilities Required 10 Years Ability to work well in a project team Required 10 Years Excellent written and oral communications skills.
