[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SAP Test Lead:::Omaha, NE:::Contract Job Description: They are wanting these consultants to work onsite (Omaha, Nebraska) at least 50% of the time. Likely a Mon-Thurs onsite at least a couple weeks per month, possibly 3 out of 4 weeks early on. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Test Lead to join our organization. SAP Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities associated with SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. You will work closely with project teams, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and effectiveness of SAP systems. Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Test Lead or similar role, specifically within SAP projects. Strong knowledge of SAP modules and systems, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, or SAP BW. Proficiency in developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Experience with testing tools and technologies, such as HP ALM, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager. Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex testing issues. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide testing team members. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate testing strategies, results, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications in SAP testing, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates, are highly desirable.
