Should have good background & business domain knowledge in Healthcare industry in general and in the US Healthcare Payer/insurance space in particular. 2. Candidate should have 10+ years of experience working as a BA/PO with exposure of working with customers/end users directly. 3. Ability to work as a PO/proxy PO for offshore team. 4. Should be able to take ownership of the product backlog . 5. Should be able to define EPICs, Features, User Stories based on client requirements. He/she should be able to discuss the requirements/needs with customer and convert them into features and user stories for team. 6. Should be aware of Agile methodologies with hands on knowledge on Scrum Framework. 7. Should possess excellent communication skills. 8. Should be responsible for answering team's queries related to requirements and domain. 9. Should have experience of working in US Healthcare Payer area with understanding of relevant systems/applications. 10. Basic understanding of technology and database to understand the solution design and provide necessary inputs from functional perspective. Nice to have: Preferred HealthEdge certification. Preferred AHIP certification.
