Job title: Java Maintenance & Support Tech Lead Job summary: Responsible for L2 incident Resolution Should be well versed with ITIL v3 framework Should have good hands-on experience in AngularJS,Core Java, Java Script, Android SDK, React JS with ITIL skills Should be very good in communication Promptly notify any critical issue and coordinate with the concerned teams and follow up on the resolution Should be responsible to update shift hand-over. Handshake with Offshore, Client and vendor teams on daily and weekly basis Track the ticket to its closure Analyze impact of planned patch upgrade / outage Perform application check out after patch update / outage Ready to work in 16x5 support Daily Monitoring + Reporting on pulse calls (08:00 am PST) Technical coordination with Vendor teams Participate in Major incident management process support. own the P1/P2 incident until issue resolution, subsequently create PBI and track RCA and KEDB formulation. Runbook walkthrough with Clent Experience: 10+ years Required Skills: 1. Core Java 2. Angular JS 3. Java Script 4. Production Support Experience Required Skills: 1. Core Java 2. Angular JS 3.
