Role: Salesforce UX Designer/ SME Location: Tyson, VA / San Antonio, TX Specific qualifications for this position include: 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years of experience conducting UX analysis for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, service management and/or mobile devices. Should have knowledge of how to build and deploy human-centered experiences on the Salesforce Platform Work experience in Salesforce (LWC), HTML5, CSS and JavaScript are required. Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills preferred. Ability to create wireframes and a strong working knowledge of LDS and ability to create templates using LWR and LWC Experience with user interface design patterns and best practice. Experience conducting usability tests and journey map analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
