This includes support for online meeting platforms such as Webex, Zoom, and MS Teams, working within Service Now and Condeco for meeting management, setup and maintenance of audio/visual equipment in offices and conference rooms, and helping to run data-to-day operations of the New York broadcast studio. Additional support in the form of smart hands will be required on voice platforms. This includes telephone headsets and the installation of Cisco telephones.
