Proven experience in Implementing & Supporting Applied materials MES & maintenance management (Xsite) tool. Experience in Implementing APM solutions in Asset Intensive industries such as Semiconductor or Electronics Knowledge of the EAM ( Enterprise asset maintenance ), inspection, and performance monitoring business process, as well as practical experience working with owner-operators Be familiar with the RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) methodology and other techniques being used to reduce the risk of asset failure Ability to manage stakeholders, organize consulting or functional work, and accept responsibility for project outcomes. Possess knowledge of asset lifecycle management and have implemented digital solutions for it A working knowledge of various asset risk identification and assessment methods and a track record of implementing Similar projects Should have experience in RFP /RFI response preparation, solutioning & estimations in Asset Management business domain. Experienced in SQL queries to extract data from various databases for data analysis Hands-on experience with C++ Programming, C# programming, Web programming Good to Have Understanding of Various Simulation & Reliability Analysis Techniques Knowledge of Industry standards like ISO 14224, ISO 55000, IEEE, IEC & EN 50126 Knowledge of Asset Engineering Drawings and Data Experienced in writing Business requirement documents (BRD), Functional specification documents (FSD), system design specifications, and System Use Cases.
