Kindly share me your Updated Resume with Best Reachable Number Job Role: Workplace Engineer Location: New York City, New York (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Job Description: We are seeking a senior end user workplace solution architect who has recent experience with solutioning in addition to having prior Windows 3rd level desktop support experience (i.e. incidents, service requests, problem management, etc.). The previous desktop support experience should include hardware troubleshooting (i.e. firmware, bios, driver issues, etc.) as well as coordinating and managing end-user deployments with SCCM. This person should be a self-starter, excellent communicator and is expected to be very collaborative with the other members of the desktop engineering team as well as senior management, the business and the regional desktop support teams. A main focus of the role is to independently take business requirements, understand and identify the technical requirements, and then research, manage and implement a POC to establish the viability of a possible solution. While it is expected that much of this activity would be executed independently there is a high expectation that the person would seek input from fellow workplace engineering team members and management, the business stakeholders, the end-user community, and colleagues from the regional desktop support teams. Technically, the ideal candidate will have both significant experience with both SCCM and with the Microsoft Intune environment. However, at a minimum the candidate should have extensive experience with SCCM with the proven ability to quickly independently learn new technologies. The candidate should have a good understanding and experience with task, sequence management, application packaging, managing server upgrades and updates, as well as an understanding of SQL. In addition, having exposure or knowledge of Azure AD, ADFS and moving from ADFS to SSO would be a plus as well as an understanding of Windows Defender policies. Finally, nice to have would be familiarity with MAC environments and Power scripting.
