Must have HR Data experience, in several different mediums. Definitely Oracle Fusion. HR system experience like PeopleSoft and Bamboo HR. HR Data is the huge focus. HR AND Data focused, a true HR data analyst that works with Oracle fusion and other softwares like workday or PeopleSoft. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior People Data Analyst III to join our dynamic team. As a People Data Analyst III, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to optimize our HR strategies and initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and HR domain knowledge will be instrumental in improving organizational performance, employee experience, and talent management processes. Education Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Work Experience Requirements: Proven experience (5 years) as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity. Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, OTBI, BIP, Oracle SQL Developer, OEM, Toad, Python, R, or similar platforms. In-depth knowledge of HR metrics, talent management processes, and HR best practices. Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and data extraction techniques. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience with predictive modelling techniques. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: Natural ability and drive to find the "why" to uncover new things, to problem solve, to find deeper insights and meaning. Ability to effectively analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies with ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, clean, and analyze large sets of HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, performance management tools, and employee surveys. Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in employee data to support HR strategy development and decision-making. Create comprehensive HR reports and dashboards that visualize key metrics and KPIs, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, performance evaluations, diversity, and other relevant HR indicators. Provide regular and ad hoc data analysis to support HR leadership in making informed decisions. Predictive Modelling and Forecasting: Develop predictive models to anticipate workforce trends, attrition, and talent needs, enabling proactive HR planning and recruitment strategies. Utilize predictive analytics to identify potential issues related to employee retention, performance, and overall HR effectiveness. HR Strategy and Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing HR processes, policies, and programs through data insights. Contribute to the design and implementation of data-driven HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and promote a positive employee experience. Monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements based on data driven analysis. Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all HR data and reporting processes. Implement and maintain data governance practices to comply with relevant regulations and safeguard sensitive HR information. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor and support junior HR analysts in data analysis techniques and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits, to provide data-driven insights and support their initiatives.
