Hi All, SAP Functional FICO/FICA LOCALS ONLY AP Implementation and Configuration: Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements and design SAP solutions in the areas of FICO and FICA. Configure SAP modules to meet specific business needs and ensure integration with other SAP modules and systems. Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, bank accounting, cost center accounting, profitability analysis, and other related FICO components. Financial Contract Accounting (FICA): Manage the setup and configuration of SAP FICA modules, including contract accounts, invoicing, payment processing, collections, and dunning. Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes related to finance and accounting and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the SAP system. End-user Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure they have a clear understanding of the SAP functionalities and can effectively utilize the system. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues related to FICO and FICA modules. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any system-related problems. Integration and Data Migration: Collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and data migration from legacy systems to SAP. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of functional specifications, configurations, and user manuals. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP advancements and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on FICO and FICA modules. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO and FICA configuration, implementation, and support. Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes and principles. Familiarity with integration points between FICO, FICA, and other SAP modules. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
