If you have any matching profiles please get in touch with me Exclusive position from TCS / CVS Health at RI / TX, Role 2-4 years experienced (Production Support preferred) Requires knowledge using AppDynamics and APM Solutions to monitor application performance & infrastructure and aide in troubleshooting, by leveraging features like application mapping, dynamic baselining, and code-level diagnostics. Expert understanding and at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with the AppDynamics, AI Ops and APM tools Experienced in the planning and instrumentation of end-to-end monitoring from EUM, to various APM agents running in multiple platforms and custom correlation/configuration in the controller to bring the whole flow together of various layers and technologies we monitor. 3-5 years of experience writing automation scripts and building dashboards for Application Performance management to manage Transaction journeys Hands-on Programming Skills including Python, Node JS, , Perl and Curl Good to have: Familiar with on-prem to SaaS migration process. Production support or Cloud Operations will be plus Need to be familiar with On-call and 24 x 7.
